Founded in 2001, ETR, L.L.C. supports the Emergency, Tactical, and Rescue industries through disciplined in-house manufacturing, service, and lifecycle support. Operating from a 46,000-square-foot facility in Sanford, Florida, ETR is purpose-built to manage complex emergency vehicle projects from start to finish — all under one roof.
Our capabilities include remounting, collision repair, custom command vehicle conversions, fabrication, paint and body, cabinetry, upholstery, upfitting, graphics design and installation, parts, service, and warranty support. By keeping all work in-house, ETR maintains consistent quality control without reliance on subcontractors. Multiple service trucks further support on-site repairs and warranty work when agencies need help in the field.
remount and collision
ETR’s Reconditioning and Remounting Program is the largest and longest-running continuous operation of its kind in the State of Florida. Our first remount was completed for Orlando Fire Rescue in 2002, and since then, we’ve delivered 500+ remounts, helping agencies extend vehicle life while minimizing downtime and cost.
ETR also operates Florida’s largest major ambulance collision center. When accidents occur, our team works directly with customers and insurance providers to coordinate repairs, ensure proper funding, and return units to service as quickly and correctly as possible.

ETR employs 45+ skilled professionals, supported by a management team with a combined 137+ years of experience in ambulance manufacturing and service. Our technicians bring more than 235 years of hands-on industry experience, backed by manufacturer training across leading emergency vehicle platforms.
Our technicians are EVT certified, our painters are PPG and I-CAR certified, and our welders hold G3 and G4 certifications in aluminum, stainless steel, and steel across all welding positions — ensuring every project meets rigorous safety and performance standards.
