ETR, L.L.C. is a full service company devoted to the Emergency, Tactical, and Rescue industries. ETR, L.L.C. was incorporated in September, 2001. Our collision and remount facility is located in Sanford, Fl. We are a new ambulance dealer in the State of Florida for AEV (American Emergency Vehicles) and Horton, and in the State of Georgia, Wheeled Coach. In addition to new vehicles sales we provide collision, custom command conversions, graphics, parts, reconditioning/remounting, service, and warranty repairs. Our facility is 32,00 square feet of space, with departments for sheet metal fabrication, collision/paint, cabinetry, vacuum upholstery, up fitting, graphic design and installation. ETR is self-contained assuring the customer of job completed without any sub-contractors. We have three service trucks for on-site repairs and warranty work, with a forth truck coming online in 2017.
ETR’s reconditioning/remounting program is the largest and oldest (continuing operation) in the State of Florida. ETR performed the first remount for Orlando Fire Rescue in February of 2002. Since then we are over 500+ remounts to date. From 2006 to 2008, ETR was the largest Link Air Ride installer in the United States.
ETR is the largest major ambulance collision center in Florida. When involved in an accident, ETR works with its customers to assist them in assuring that they will receive complete cooperation/funding from the insurance agency for that unit so that it can be repaired correctly and put back in service with the least amount of down time. With REV/ETR’s exclusive “Ambulance Rental Program” the customer will never have to worry about being without a Frontline unit again.
ETR has grown to over 45 employees, our management team has over 137 years of experience in the manufacturing and servicing of ambulances. Our technicians have over 235 years of experience in the industry. Our technicians are manufacturer trained (American Emergency Vehicles, American LaFrance, Medic Master, Ferrara Fire Apparatus, KME Fire Apparatus, Road Rescue, Wheeled Coach and Frontline M1) and EVT certified. Our painters are PPG and I-CAR certified and our welders are G3 and G4 certified in aluminum, stainless, and steel in all positions.
